2. Hosting and server log files
This website is hosted by IONOS. When this website is accessed, technically necessary access data may be processed, such as IP address, access time, requested file, referrer, browser and operating system information. These data are used to provide the website securely, analyse errors and protect against misuse.
Where required, a data processing agreement with the hosting provider must be concluded or checked in the customer account.
3. Contact form
If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process the data you provide to handle your inquiry. Mandatory fields are limited to what is necessary. For production use, a secure form endpoint with transport encryption, spam protection, input validation and appropriate retention periods should be configured. Inquiries are forwarded to office@h-p.digital.
4. Cookies and local storage
This website uses technically necessary local storage for your cookie choice. Analytics services are activated only after your consent.
5. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google Analytics helps us statistically evaluate the use of our website, measure the reach of our content and continuously improve our online offering.
Google Analytics is used only on the basis of your voluntary consent. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. To the extent that Google Analytics stores information on, or accesses information from, your device, this also takes place only after prior consent pursuant to Section 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 (TKG 2021). You may change or withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future via the cookie settings on this website.
Google Analytics is integrated on this website using Google Consent Mode. By default, the Google consent signals for analytics and advertising purposes are set to “denied”. In our current website implementation, the Google Analytics script is loaded only if you actively consent to the “Analytics / Google Analytics” category. Without this consent, our website does not set Google Analytics cookies and Google Analytics is not actively loaded.
We use Google Analytics on this website only for reach and usage analytics. We do not use Google Analytics for remarketing, personalized advertising or Google Signals advertising features. The consent signals for advertising and personalization, in particular ad_storage, ad_user_data and ad_personalization, are not granted through our cookie selection.
If you consent, the following data in particular may be processed: pages accessed, time of access, time spent on the website, interactions with the website, referrer URL, approximate location, browser and device information, operating system, screen resolution and a randomly generated user identifier via Google Analytics cookies. The cookies set by Google Analytics include _ga and _ga_<container-id>. They are used to distinguish users and assign sessions. The regular storage period of these cookies is up to 2 years, unless they are deleted earlier by you or expire earlier due to browser settings.
Our Google Analytics measurement ID is: G-LSS4P4RF7X.
The data retention settings in Google Analytics are currently configured as follows: event data are retained for 2 months; user data are retained for 14 months. The “Reset on new user activity” option is enabled, so the retention period may restart when new user activity occurs. According to Google, these settings mainly apply to user-level and event-level data associated with cookies, user identifiers or advertising identifiers; standard aggregated reports may not be affected in the same way.
According to Google, Google Analytics does not store IP addresses of users from the EU. Google states that IP addresses are discarded before being logged and are not stored. Google also states that data from devices in the EU may first be collected and processed through servers and domains in the EU before being forwarded to Google Analytics for further processing.
The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited. Processing by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, and by other Google companies cannot be excluded. For possible transfers of data to the USA, Google refers, among other things, to its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and to the data protection and data processing terms provided by Google.
The data processing terms provided by Google apply to Google Analytics. In addition, we use the privacy controls provided by Google, in particular Consent Mode and IP-related protection mechanisms.
You can prevent collection by Google Analytics by not consenting to the “Analytics / Google Analytics” category in the cookie banner or by withdrawing consent that has already been given via the cookie settings. You may also prevent the storage of cookies by adjusting your browser settings or delete existing cookies.
Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and in the information about Google Analytics at https://support.google.com/analytics.
6. Google Search Console
We use Google Search Console, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”), to technically monitor and optimise the visibility of our website in Google Search.
Google Search Console provides us in particular with aggregated information about search queries for which our website was shown or clicked in Google Search, which pages can be indexed by Google and whether technical crawling or rendering issues exist. We do not integrate an additional tracking script on our website for this purpose and Google Search Console does not set cookies on your device through our website.
Google Search Console is used on the basis of our legitimate interest pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) GDPR in checking and improving the technical quality, security and findability of our website. The data displayed in Search Console originate from Google Search and are usually provided to us in aggregated form.
Further information is available in Google’s Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy and in the information about Google Search Console at https://search.google.com/search-console/about.
